GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Stephon Young was sentenced to eight years in prison for shooting a person during a dispute at a gas station.
Young, 26, was also placed on extended supervision for 10 years at Tuesday’s hearing for his conviction of first-degree reckless injury by Judge Kendall Kelley, court records show.
Young was arrested in Chicago a few days after the May 4 incident at the intersection of West Mason Street and Military Avenue.
Police described the incident as a disagreement between people who knew each other, and not a random act.
