GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Juan Pedroza was charged with six counts Thursday for allegedly fleeing an undercover drug officer and then crashing into the squad car.
An initial court appearance was scheduled for Thursday.
According to the criminal complaint, an officer attempted to stop the vehicle Pedroza was driving. Pedroza sped away, then slowed down, and allegedly crashed into a police vehicle Tuesday in Ashwaubenon.
The officer was taken to hospital after reporting pain in legs, ankles, shoulders, neck, and back.
