SHERWOOD, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Authorities confirm the human remains discovered at High Cliff State Park in September are of Neenah resident, Starkie L. Swenson.
The Calumet County Sheriff’s Office says DNA tests were used to positively identify the remains.
A family member said back in November that they believed it was Swenson.
Swenson was last seen in the city of Neenah in 1983. He was 67-years-old at the time.
John C. Andrews of Chilton was previously convicted of charges related to Swenson’s death in 1994.
