GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Green Bay Police Department is interviewing a number of “persons of interest” in connection to threats made against Preble High School.
The threats came in the form of an Instagram post, according to reports.
The district sent an email to parents late Sunday night informing them of the situation.
Dear Preble Families & Staff:
The District has been made aware of a social media threat regarding Preble High School. The Green Bay Police Department has been notified and are currently investigating. Additional police presence will at Preble High School tomorrow morning.
We want to thank everyone who reported the social media post. If anyone has additional information, they should contact the police department at 920-448-3200.

Police Lt. Clint Beguhn says nobody has been charged, but that may change in the future.
Police say there is no further threat.
There will be an increased police presence at the school throughout the day today.
