GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — It’s not going to be a cheap ticket if you’re looking to head down to Chicago on Sunday to see the Packers on the road against the Bears at Soldier Field.
Expect to pay upwards to $250 just to get in the door. Ticketking’s Travis Loftus says tickets for the rivalry game are higher than normal, and it might have to do with the Bears’ record.
“A lot of it has to do with a lot of the hype around their new quarterback. They haven’t had a good one in almost 20 years,” said Loftus, acknowledging that some Packer fans would argue it’s been much longer. “So they want to go check him out.”
The Bears have won two in a row with Justin Fields at the helm. Loftus says that’s being reflected in the ticket price.
“We’ve definitely seen an uptick,” he said. “You’re looking at around $250 to $300 to get in.”
Loftus says Chicagoans typically have more money to spend, which makes Bears home games typically more expensive than those at Lambeau.
