FOX CROSSING, WI (WTAQ) – Village of Fox Crossing Chief of Police Tim Seaver is calling it a career.
Seaver has spent 35 years in law enforcement.
He began his career in law enforcement as a patrol officer with the North Fond du
Lac Police Department in 1986, where he also performed duties as their K9 handler. He joined the City of Menasha Police Department in 1989 and held the positions of police officer, K9 handler, field training officer and SWAT team member. He continued his service with the Town of Menasha (now Village of Fox Crossing) in 2002 as a patrol lieutenant, and eventually served as an Administrative Lieutenant, before becoming Chief of Police in 2017.
The Village of Fox Crossing Police and Fire Commission will begin its search for the next Chief of Police in the coming weeks.
His retirement officially takes effect on October 15th.
