(MILWAUKEE) – The Bucks are looking for their fifth win in a row against the Rockets tonight in Milwaukee.
The Bucks are coming off a 135-134 win over Washington on Wednesday after back-to-back wins over Brooklyn.
Milwaukee remains third in the East at 42-and-24, just a half-game behind Brooklyn.
The Rockets are coming off a 135-115 loss to Philadelphia on Wednesday. The loss was the Rockets’ eighth loss in nine games.
The Bucks lost their first encounter with the Rockets.
Buck shots
• The Milwaukee Bucks won their fourth consecutive game and improved to 3-0 on their
homestand with a 135-134 win over the Wizards on Wednesday night. The Bucks, who are
now a season-high 18 games over .500 at 42-24, conclude their four-game homestand Friday
night against the Rockets.
• Wednesday’s game was the 13th time this season that Milwaukee has put up 130+ points,
which is tied with Brooklyn for the most 130-point games in the NBA this season. The Bucks
continue to lead the league in scoring this season at 119.6 points per game, which is on track
to be the highest scoring average in Bucks history and the highest in the NBA since the Denver
Nuggets averaged 119.9 ppg in 1990-91.
• The Bucks also shot 53.9% as a team in Wednesday’s win over the Wizards, marking their
NBA-high-tying 29th game of the season shooting 50% or better from the field (23-6 in those
games). Milwaukee’s 48.6 FG% this season is currently 3rd-best in the NBA and is the top
mark by a Bucks team since 1985-86 (.493).
• Jrue Holiday led the Bucks in their win over the Wizards on Wednesday as he scored 29 points
(10-20 FG, 4-8 3FG, 5-7 FT) with six assists and five rebounds. Holiday now has 12 20-point
games since the All-Star break (compared to 9 before) and is averaging 19.8 points, 6.6
assists and 4.9 rebounds per game while shooting 52% from the field and 43% from three
since the break.
• Bryn Forbes has scored in double figures in a season-high-tying six consecutive games after
posting 14 points in Wednesday’s win. During this six-game stretch, Forbes is averaging 15.8
points per game on 57% shooting from the field with a 54% mark from three. This season,
Forbes is shooting career-highs both overall (.469) and from three (.445, 8th in NBA).

• The Rockets are 5-20 over their past 25 games after losing a franchise-record 20 straight from 2/6-3/3/21 (previous record: 17 games from 1/18-
2/16/68)… prior to the 20-game losing streak, the Rockets won seven of eight, including six in a row from 1/22-2/1… that tied for Houston’s longest
