BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – The Bismarck Police Department issued a Silver Alert for a missing man.
Theodore Heath, 70, was last seen Wednesday at 1:30. p.m. at the Edgewood Vista Assisted Living Center in Bismarck.
He doesn’t have a vehicle and is believed to be on foot and does not have the clothing for the weather.
Police say during a previous incident, Heath was found at the Veterans Cemetary six miles south of Mandan.
Heath is a white male, 6 feet, one-inch tail with hazel eyes, and grey hair. He is believed to be wearing a Vietnam Veteran cap, red or blue jacket, and a face mask.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Heath is asked to call the Bismarck Police Department or the nearest law enforcement agency.
