(METRO) – The Saints will host the 2-0 Packers tonight at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. New Orleans is 1-and-1, coming off a loss to the Raiders.
Drew Brees, the NFL’s all-time leader in yards and passing touchdowns, has gotten off to a slow start. He’s thrown for 472 yards, three touchdowns and an interception.
Receiver Michael Thomas sat out of last weekend’s game due to an ankle sprain.
Aaron Rodgers has been dominant for Green Bay, leading the team to a 2-and-0 start. Aaron Jones rushed for a career-high 168 yards in last weekend’s win over the Lions.
Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is not expected to play due to a hamstring issue.
It will be a battle between a dominant offense – the Packers are currently No. 1 in the league offensively – and one that is usually dominant but struggling this year – the Saints are currently 21st in the league offensively.
