ALLOUEZ, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says 126 positive COVID-19 tests have been returned from Green Bay Correctional Institution after testing was conducted this week.
Of the tests conducted, 200 returned negative, with roughly 500 results outstanding.
The 126 positive cases brings the total number of positive cases at the institution to 185.
The DOC conducted testing at the institution upon a rise in cases. Fifty-seven cases were reported as of Tuesday.
The DOC said earlier this week that residents who tested positive would be moved as needed to isolate from others living in the institution.
