STURGEON BAY, WI (WTAQ) — A COVID-19 testing site will open for residents in Door and Kewaunee Counties next week.
The site, located at the Door County Sheriff’s Office in Sturgeon Bay, will be open for three days starting on June 2nd between 11AM and 7PM. The first day will be exclusively for healthcare workers, public safety workers, and select, pre-approved businesses. The general public will be able to get tested June 3rd and 4th, provided they have at least one known symptom of the disease.
Symptoms include cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, a sudden loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or a runny nose, fever, muscle pain, nausea or vomiting, chills, headache, or diarrhea.
No registration is needed. The testing is drive-through only, so you will remain in your car. Testing is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.
