GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Green Bay Metro Fire Department is warning residents not to burn today as dry grasses and trees, combined with winds and a temperatures in the mid 60s, create a hazardous fire situation.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued a red flag warning several central Wisconsin Counties.
Fire danger in Waupaca County was listed as “extreme”.
