NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Neenah manufacturer is voluntarily shutting down for more than a week as it deals with a number of employees who have tested positive for the coronavirus.
VT Industries’ Eggers Division closed at 3:30 p.m. Friday and plans to reopen with the third shift on May 10.
In a statement, the company did not specify how many employees have tested positive for the virus, but said it was less than 6% of its 273 employees.
The manufacturer of architectural wood doors has stayed open as an essential business under Gov. Tony Evers’ “Safer at Home” order.
