OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) — Health officials have confirmed the first case of the COVID-19 Coronavirus in Oconto County.
The case was announced Friday. Health officials are investigating how the person may have become infected, and will be contacting individuals who may have had close contact with the patient.
The case was announced after state health officials updated the Friday numbers, which stood at 842 confirmed cases in the state.
