GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A registered sex offender from Milwaukee County who was being housed in Green Bay is now back in jail on a parole/probation hold for possible rule violations.
Bruce Brown was placed on a hold last Friday to allow for an investigation. Brown was living on Liberty Street in Green Bay.
He is classified as a “sexually violent person,” following first-degree sexual assault convictions in 1980 and 1984 in Milwaukee County.
