MARINETTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A competency exam was ordered Monday for the Colorado man who is a suspect in an assault in Marinette.
Johnathan Maxson, 42, faces three charges for the Dec. 11 incident on Stephenson Street.
A review of the competency results will be held March 30, court records show.The competency exam will determine if Maxson understands the proceedings and can assist in his own defense.
