OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The suspect in the murder of a retired police officer was ordered Thursday to stand trial.
Ian Suzuki, 28, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the Feb. 2 stabbing death of Jay Puestohl, 67.
Suzuki waived a preliminary hearing Thursday. Arraignment is scheduled for March 9, court records show.
The argument happened at Suzuki’s mother’s home, during an argument about the conditions for him to live at the residence, police said.
