PULASKI, WI (WTAQ) – The Pulaski school district has named a longtime Northwoods teacher and administrator to be its next superintendent.
District officials says Allison Space will be the leader of Pulaski schools.
“Allison is an experienced, dynamic leader with a true passion for education,” school board president Michael Voelker said in a news release. “She understands the values of our community and is committed to serving our children, families, and everyone who has a stake in the performance of our outstanding community schools.”
Space is currently superintendent of the Goodman-Armstrong Creek School District. Before that, she worked in the Wabeno district as a teacher and principal.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Silver Lake College, a master’s degree from St. Norbert College, a principal’s license from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a superintendent’s license from Marian University.
Space will succeed Rebecca Kurzynske, who resigned at the end of the 2018-19 school year.
