OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One suspect in a pair of armed robberies was ordered Thursday to stand trial, while the preliminary hearing for the other was delayed.
Robert Oneal waived a preliminary hearing on two armed robbery counts. He is scheduled to enter a plea March 16, court records show.
Justin Harris’ hearing was rescheduled for Feb. 27, according to court records.
According to the criminal complaint, the two entered the Boost Mobile/Computer Corner, pointed a gun at the clerk, and left with a smartphone and about $700 in cash.
A few hours later, the two allegedly robbed a convenience store at gunpoint, taking $538 in cash, plus cigarettes and liquor. Police tracked down the pair at a bar, and recovered items taken in the robberies, the complaint says.
The complaint does not have any comments from Harris or Oneal about the allegations.
