CALDWELL COUNTY, MO (WTAQ-WLUK) – A preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing Shawano County brothers Nick and Justin Diemel was postponed again Thursday.
Garland Nelson’s attorney requested and was granted more time to get ready for the hearing. It is now scheduled for March 24th in Caldwell Country, Missouri.

Nelson faces 10 charges, including two of murder in the first degree, for the July 21 deaths of the Shawano County brothers.
Officials say the two were at Nelson’s cattle farm in Missouri to collect $250,000 Nelson owed them.
The complaint says Nelson killed the brothers, burned their bodies, and hid them in a manure pile.
