OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – More than a week after a ransomware attack shut down city government computers, many online services have returned.
City officials say all department websites have been restored and are operational.
While bills can be paid on the city’s website, balances reflected may not be current. City employees are working to update records with payments received offline during the computer outage.
Automated payments for utility bills scheduled for Jan. 20 and Feb. 6 did not occur. Those payments are scheduled to go through on Feb. 13. No late fees will be charged.
