WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ) – A woman convicted of making marijuana vaping cartridges was sentenced to community service, and could have the most serious count removed from her record.
Brooke Schweitzer, 19, pleaded no contest Tuesday to misdemeanor counts of THC possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. If she successfully completes probation, a felony conviction for maintaining a drug trafficking place would be expunged. She must perform 100 hours of community service, court records show.
The other defendant, Matthew Delzer, returns to court February 10th for a status conference.
