WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a crash along State Highway 21 in Winnebago County.
Crews were called to the intersection with Rivermoor Road near Omro around 11:30 p.m. Monday night.
A 20-year old Wautoma man reportedly drove into a ditch before hitting a stop sign and a utility pole, and eventually ending up in a field. He was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
