APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) — An inmate that police say escaped from the Drug Abuse Correctional Center in Oshkosh has been apprehended in Appleton.
40-year-old Ryan Jurgens was arrested Thursday by Appleton Police. Police had been looking for him since the escape was reported on Tuesday.
Jurgens had left the correctional center in a maroon trailblazer.
