GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The longtime president and CEO of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) – Eastern Wisconsin Division, has announced her retirement.
Therese Pandl will leave the position in July of 2020.
Pandl began her career as a burn nurse and then served as a clinical nurse specialist for hospital critical care units before transitioning into leadership roles.
“Therese is committed to the advancement of safety and quality in our hospitals, and spiritually-centered, cost-effective care for our patients,” said Mary Starmann-Harrison, President and CEO, Hospital Sisters Health System. “The impact Therese has had in eastern Wisconsin and across all of HSHS cannot be overstated. HSHS has seen tremendous growth in Wisconsin under her leadership, and her leadership will leave a legacy there.”
Throughout her career, she earned many awards including the 2019 Distinguished Service Award and the 2018 ATHENA Award from the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.
HSHS – Eastern Wisconsin Division is comprised of four hospitals: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, and HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.
