MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) – The Menasha Police Department says a freshman student is in a secure detention center after making a threat against Menasha High School Thursday.
Police say she made the threat on social media to, ‘get a rise out of people.’
Investigators found there was not a plan to cause harm to anyone.
The student also did not have a weapon or access to one.
Mensha P-D also says, “Actions like these are completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by the community.”
