BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Property owners in three Brown County municipalities will now make payments directly to their city and villages.
The City of Green Bay, along with the villages of Denmark and Howard will be collecting their own property taxes this year. Payments should be delivered to the local city or village office, and not to the county treasurer’s office.
Instructions for paying bills will be located on payment stubs.
Other Brown County property owners can pay through a number of options:
- In-person at the Brown County Treasurer’s Office, located in Suite 160 of the Brown County Northern Building, 305 E. Walnut Street, Green Bay, during normal business hours.
- At the drop box located on Adams Street at the side entrance of the Northern Building.
- Online at the Brown County Treasurer’s Office website.
- By mail: Brown County Treasurer, PO Box 23600, Green Bay, WI 54305
- In-person at North Shore Bank, Community First Credit Union, Greenleaf Wayside Bank, Associated Bank (existing customers only).
Tax bills are scheduled to be mailed out next week.
