MENOMINEE, MI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Menominee County, Michigan sheriff’s deputy is accused of criminal sexual conduct against a teen.
Menominee Police say they received information from Michigan Child Protective Services regarding the allegations.
Police say the victim is a 16-year-old Menominee High School student, police say.
The deputy’s name has not been released.
Police have recommended criminal charges against the deputy and submitted a warrant request to Menominee County prosecutors.
