OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A man shot by Outagamie County Sheriff’s deputies has been sentenced to probation for a domestic disturbance that led to the confrontation with police.
43-year old Jakeus Meltz pleaded no contest to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property counts. A felony stalking count was resolved with a deferred prosecution agreement.
The June 16th incident began in Shiocton before he ended up in Little Chute, where the shooting took place.
