DODGE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A Watertown man has been sentenced for driving while impaired with drugs and a loaded gun in the vehicle.
32-year old Ian Ortega will spend two years in prison and another three years on extended supervision. He pleading guilty to his 3rd OWI offense, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm while intoxicated in Dodge County Court.
During sentencing, the judge also added a four-year probationary period.
