WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man is dead after a crash in Winnebago County. Sheriff’s deputies say the crash was discovered just after 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning along Highway 91.
It’s believed 64-year old Mark Hoppe lost control around the curve near Rabbit Trail Road. His vehicle went into the ditch and rolled several times.
Hoppe was found dead at the scene, nobody else was in the vehicle.
A passerby reported the crash, which apparently happened sometime overnight.
