GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A decades-old metal sculpture has a new home in Green Bay.
Associated Bank gave the piece called “Loggers” to the Neville Public Museum.
It features a man driving a team of horses while pulling a massive log. The piece stands about 12 feet tall and it’s about 34 feet long.
Beth Lemke, Neville Public Museum’s Executive Director, tells FOX 11 its permanent home outside the museum is accessible to everyone.
“We have several pieces of public art on the grounds. We’re dedicated to metal sculptures on the grounds. We want it to be a place of reflection.”
An artist in Montana made the piece in 1980.
