WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A second person is now charged for allegedly making marijuana vaping cartridges.
20-year old Matthew Delzer of Clintonville faces five counts, including felony manufacturing and delivery of THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place. This comes a day after 19-year old Brooke Schweitzer, who also lives at the home, was charged.
Police reportedly found marijuana and cartridge-making equipment inside their home.
