APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A driver’s education teacher will now spend five years in prison for child enticement.
75-year old Charles Rodgers will also spend five years on extended supervision.
Appleton Police Department School Resource officers received a complaint about his crude behavior, and investigators intervened before he made physical contact with the student. Rodgers was arrested at an Appleton liquor store where he planned to meet the victim.
