MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – A $500 cash reward is on the table for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible for vandalism at a Manitowoc business.
The incident was reported on September 22nd at the Rollaire Skate Center on N. 18th Street.
Police describe the suspect as a white man, possibly in his late teens or early 20’s, wearing dark-colored shorts and latex gloves.
Surveillance shows the man walking up to the area of the building where it was spray painted.
