BRAYMER, MO (WTAQ) – The man who is facing charges in connection with the disappearance of two Shawano County brothers entered a not guilty plea in court Monday.
Garland “Joey” Nelson has been charged with vehicle tampering after allegedly moving the Diemel’s rental truck.
The brothers were in Missouri in July for business when they went missing.
Investigators located remains on Nelson’s property, but they have not been identified yet.
Nelson has not officially been charged in the brother’s murder. His next court date has not been set.
