OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Oshkosh school district is accepting bids to buy Smith Elementary School.
The school board decided to close the 124-year-old school over the summer, citing the building’s condition and enrollment trends. Now, the district is asking $649,000 for the building and grounds.
The deadline for bids is 4 p.m. October 22nd. An open house is set for 10 a.m.-noon October 9th.
