ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Prices for townhomes in the Titletown development, just west of Lambeau Field, start at more than $600,000.
According to information sent by the Green Bay Packers to those who have registered for details about TitletownHomes, prices for the row houses starts “in the upper $600’s and can be customized with a variety of options and upgrades.”
All of the homes are three-story townhomes, with three bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, and an attached oversized garage. Home sizes range from 2,333 to 2,857 square feet.
“TitletownHomes feature contemporary exteriors and light-filled interiors in a variety of styles. With large living spaces, an open kitchen and spacious decks, these are the homes that invite you to relax with family and friends and entertain in style,” the pitch reads.
Construction is underway, with the first ones expected to be completed in April, it says.
Previously, the team has said there would be 70-90 townhomes.
Besides the townhomes, the second phase of the Titletown development will include a five-story office building and 150-unit apartment complex.
The Packers note there will be a variety of price points for the apartment complex, which will range from studio to three-bedroom units but those prices have not been released.
