TOWN OF WRIGHTSTOWN, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The town has scheduled two meetings to review a proposed manure biodigester.
BC Organics has proposed building a $60 million biodigester on Mill Road to process manure from 13 area farms.
The idea, already rejected by Holland, has drawn praise and criticism.
According to the agenda posted today, the town’s Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18th, to decide on its recommendation for the conditional use permit.
Then, the full Town Board has a meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 23rd, to possibly make a final decision on the permit request.
