GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – From the board to a parent’s driveway, chalk has left its mark in minds of many children and adults.
On Saturday, chalk made its way into the hands of artists who came up with a variety of creative designs in Green Bay.
R2-D2, The Hulk, Lambeau Field, and Audrey Hepburn were drawn on the asphalt outside the Kroc Community Center for the 2nd annual ChalkFest.
“I chose to do the Frozen Tundra man. I see pictures of him all over and I think he’s a pretty cool guy so I decided to do a portrait of him, said Janessa Schaut, artist. “It’s a great event to get artists out here as well as the general public.”
Food trucks, crafters and music were also at the event for visitors to enjoy.
