MENOMINEE, MICHIGAN, (WTAQ) – A Menominee, Michigan man is facing charges for allegedly intentionally driving onto a lawn of a residence and running for a man with his vehicle.
Officials say 23-year-old Ryan Joseph Phillips hit 23-year-old Devon Scott Barley and then left the scene.
The incident occurred in the Menominee Township.
Officials say it was over an argument over a $140 dollar debt.
Phillips turned himself in.
Barley remains in intensive care with multiple injuries.
