MILWAUKEE, WI (Wisconsin Radio Network) – The suspect in the road-rage shooting of a Milwaukee three-year-old has a history of violent crime.
Milwaukee Police say Antonio Bratcher served time for a 1988 armed robbery and was accused of shooting a man in 2006. Those charges were dropped. Bratcher is accused of shooting three-year-old Brooklyn Harris to death last weekend.
There were four children in the car. Bratcher is charged with first-degree reckless homicide and reckless endangerment.
Police say he was angered by her mother swerving into his lane to avoid a crash.
