APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – An Appleton man has been sentenced for an attack on his child’s mother.
30-year-old Dieshon Manka-Moore was sentenced to two years, one month in prison in connection with a January 17 disturbance.
He previously pleaded no contest to a count of possession of a firearm by a felon, while the battery and disorderly conduct counts were dismissed.
Court records show that Manka-Moore was also placed on extended supervision for five years during Monday’s sentencing.
Manka-Moore got into an argument with the mother of his child, according to the criminal complaint.
She left after he attacked her in a car.
She then drove away, while he went inside a residence on East Wisconsin Avenue, where he was later arrested.
