APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A mother and daughter who were the subjects of a missing person search have been granted temporary restraining orders against the husband and father, Kelly Rousseau.
55-year-old Jill Rousseau and her daughter 21-year-old Jordan were reported missing by Kelly Rousseau on June 16.
They were located, safe, in Madison, just a few days later.
On Wednesday, requests for the temporary restraining orders were filed and granted.
Next up, the formal injunction hearing on the request for a permanent injunction for four years is set for July 24.
The women allege Kelly injured them using a “taser flashlight” within the last two weeks, according to court records.
Jill said she suffered injuries to her head and arms, while Jordan reported various injuries, including on her head, arms, chest, leg, and back.
The two believe they are in imminent danger of physical harm and have asked the court to order Kelly to “refrain from threats of violence and controlling behavior, verbal and emotional abuse.”
Additionally, the documents state that he has guns and knives, but the women do not know where they are located.
Court records do not list an attorney for Kelly Rousseau.
