OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A trial date has been set for former Fox Crossing municipal judge Leonard Kachinsky.
On Friday, a September 26 trial was scheduled for Kachinsky, who allegedly violated terms of a restraining order.
His interactions with the village’s court clerk have come under scrutiny and Kachinsky now faces three misdemeanor counts for allegedly violating terms of the restraining order.
In the past, he has been the subject of disciplinary action by the state Supreme Court.
Court records show that on Friday, a final pre-trial conference was set for September 16.
