MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – A 17-year-old girl was killed in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Manitowoc.
Officers say a passenger car collided with a loaded cement truck on Highway 151 and West Custer Street.
The girl was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Early investigation shows the passenger car crossed the center line and hit the cement truck.
