APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A man was sentenced Monday in connection to a stabbing that took place in Seymour.
20-year-old Ignacio Bautista-Cruz was sentenced to 18 months in prison after previously pleading no contest to a count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
According to court records, Outagamie County Judge Mark McGinnis also placed him on extended supervision for three years.
Police say during the December 15 incident Bautista-Cruz stabbed a 23-year-old man, who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
