GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The Green Bay Police Department says three local stores failed a tobacco compliance check that they conducted on Friday, April 19.
A total of thirty-six grocery stores, convenience stores, retail stores, and pharmacies were checked.
The clerks that failed the compliance check received citations for selling tobacco to minors.
Locations that failed the check will be contacted by Community Action for Healthy Living to ensure that policies and procedures are in place for the future.
