ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – Brown County officials have designed t-shirts to commemorate more than sixty years of music at a local landmark.
Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena shirts featuring a highlighted list of big name bands and musicians that played at the arena are now available.
Some of those big names include Sonny & Cher, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Ozzy Osbourne, and Metallica, which all played at the venue between 1958 and 2019.
The last concert at the arena was earlier this month when Bret Michaels took the stage.
Taking the place of the arena will be a new expo center, which is expected to be open at the start of 2020.

The shirts cost $30 each, with a portion of the proceeds going toward Friends of Brown County Veterans, Inc.
The deadline to order a shirt is midnight on June 13.
Expected delivery time for the shirts should be around the first week of July.
A farewell ceremony at the iconic landmark is set for Monday, April 29, prior to the start of demolition at the beginning of May.
