VILLAGE OF LITTLE CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – Around 3:45 Saturday morning, officers from the Fox Valley Metro Police Department responded to 1312 Coolidge Avenue in the Village of Little Chute for a disturbance call.
Upon arrival at the residence, officers had contact with a juvenile female, who was reported as a runaway from Racine County, Wisconsin.
The investigation revealed that the juvenile female had been living with two adult males, Jason Santiago and Elvis Lanzo since February of 2019.
Further investigation led our investigators to believe that the juvenile female is the victim of human trafficking for the purposes of labor exploitation.
Officers with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department were assisted in the investigation by the Outagamie County Emergency Response Team (ERT) in serving a search warrant on the Little Chute residence.
Additionally, FVMPD officers were assisted by Outagamie County Child Protection and the Outagamie County Victim Crisis Response Team.
Santiago and Lanzo are confined in the Outagamie County Jail on the following charges:
